Shipping policy
Shipment Processing Times:
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days. Orders will not be processed or shipped on Weekends or Bank Holidays.
If Evtec Care is experiencing a high volume or orders, this process time may increase. We will contact you if there is any significant delay with your order.
Shipping Charges
Evtec Care charge up to £6.49 for delivery, up to the value of £30.00 at which offer FOC delivery. We select a carrier best suited to the box type/size/delivery location, but most commonly use DPD 24/48 hour services. Please note that there can be delivery delays outside of Evtec’s control, or if the order is placed late in the day and past the carriers collection time.
Order Tracking
You will receive a dispatch notification from Evtec as soon as we have processed your order. You will then receive a tracking number from DPD that can be used to track your parcel’s progress.
Damaged / Lost Deliveries
Evtec cannot be held responsible for damaged / lost deliveries. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
